With a specialisation in legal technology, a supreme focus on human centred design and drawing from 10+ years product and industry experience I am driven to build and manage product teams that create useful and beautiful technology experiences that solve real business problems with measurable business impact.
Having worked in and led customer support, channel & technology partnerships and professional services organisations, I have a deep awareness of the needs of the wider organisation in strategising pragmatic and ambitious product approaches.
I am regular speaker at industry level events focused on thought leadership and business digitisation initiatives and on a mission to raise the craft of product management.
